O reteta rapida de prajitura de casa delicioasa




retete culinare rapide, retete de prajituri de casa, prajitura deliciu,INGREDIENTE
- 100 gr. fulgi de grau/orez expandat simpli sau cu caramel
- 2 pliculete a cate 4 buc crackers (integrali, graham - la alegere) - maruntiti in blender
- Scortisoara – dupa preferinta
- 50 gr. de unt
- Bobite de ciocolata (1 punga) sau ciocolata crema (un pahar mic)

- 300 gr. marshmallows (bezele americane)
 

MOD DE PREPARARE:
Intr-un vas, se pun fulgii de grau/orez si toata cantitatea de crackers maruntiti. Separat, in alt vas, se pun 150 gr de marshmallow, untul si scortisoara (cat doriti), dupa care se introduc in cuptorul cu microunde, timp de aproximativ 2 minute
(ATENTIE: deoarece in cuptorul cu microunde, marshmallows se topesc si isi maresc volumul, pentru a evita revarsarea continutului din vas, alegeti un vas suficient de mare si aveti grija sa urmariti procesul de topire, amestecand din cand in cand, pana la topirea completa). Turmati compozitia astfel obtinuta peste fulgi si biscuitii maruntiti si amestecati pana la omogenizare.
Luati o tava mai mare, pe care puneti hartie de copt si turmati toata compozitia. Apoi, cu un cutit cu lama mai lata, intindeti compozitia in tava (udati cutitul din cand in cand ca sa nu se lipeasca).
Dupa ce ati intins compozitia in tava, luati vasul in care ati topit anterior marshmallows cu scortisoara si untul (compozitia cu care lucrati este foarte lipicioasa, asa incat nu are sens sa spalati vasul, puteti folosi acelasi vas, pe care il veti spala o singura data, la sfarsit), puneti restul de 150 gr. marshmallows si introduceti din nou la cuptorul cu microunde timp de 2 minute. Turnati marshmallows topite peste compozitia din tava si intindeti uniform, folosind tot un cutit lat, bine umezit.
Presarati uniform bobite de ciocolata peste toata compozitia si apoi introduceti tava la cuptorul clasic timp de 2 minute; dupa 2 minute, verificati daca se poate intinde ciocolata. In cazul in care intindeti ciocolata crema, nu mai este necesar sa introduceti la cuptor pentru a o intinde.
Se ruleaza toate aceste straturi suprapuse, cu ajutorul hartiei de copt, uniform si cu grija, apoi se lasa la frigider 2 ore, sa se intareasca. Atunci cand este bine intarita, se taie felii.

INGREDIENTS

- 100 gr. wheat/rice flakes simple or with caramel
- 2 bags each with 4 pieces of crackers (integral, graham - your choice) - crumbled in blender
- Cinnamon - according to preference
- 50 gr. butter
- Chocolate pearls (1 bag) or chocolate cream (a small glass)
- 300 gr. marshmallows

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

In a bowl, put the wheat /rice flakes and whole amount of crumbled crackers. Separately, in another bowl, put 150 grams of marshmallows, the butter and the cinnamon (as much as you want), then placed in the bowl in the microwave for about 2 minutes (WARNING: because in the microwave, the marshmallows melt and increase their volume, to avoid overflow of the contents out of the bowl, choose a bowl large enough and take care to follow the melting process, stirring occasionally, until completely melted). Pour the composition thus obtained over the flakes and crumbled biscuits and mix until smooth. Take a large tray, put baking paper and pour the entire composition. Then take a knife with wide blade and spread the composition in the tray (wet the knife from time to time that does not stick). After stretching the composition into the tray, take the bowl in which you have previously melted marshmallows with cinnamon and butter (the composition you are working is very sticky, so it makes no sense to wash the bowl, you can use the same dish, which you will wash only one time at the end), put the remaining 150 gr. marshmallows and enter again in the microwave for 2 minutes. Pour melted marshmallows over the composition of the tray and spread evenly using the same knife, well moistened. Sprinkle evenly chocolate pearls over all the composition and then insert the tray in the classic oven for 2 minutes; after 2 minutes, check if you can spread the chocolate. If you spread chocolate cream is no longer necessary to enter the tray in the oven. Roll all these layers, using the baking paper, evenly and carefully and then leave in the fridge for 2 hours to harden. When harden, slice it.
